Join & Leave Settings

Configure how Lexora welcomes new members, handles leave notifications, assigns roles automatically, and protects your server from raids.


🔧 Configuration Options via /setup

⏱️ Delayed Auto-RoleAdd a delay (e.g. 10 min) before assigning roles – useful for anti-raid
🔐 Anti-Raid BanBan accounts automatically if they’re too new (e.g. under 3 days old)
🔢 Join CounterPost the current member count each time someone joins

📥 Welcome Message (Channel Embed)

  • Sent to a channel of your choice
  • Can include custom text, emojis, mentions
  • Embed styling is handled automatically

💡 Can be disabled at any time in the setup menu


📩 Welcome DM Embed

  • Fully customizable using a modal
  • Supports title, description, color, footer
  • Example:
    Welcome to our server!
    Make sure to check out #rules and grab a role 🎭

A preview will be shown before saving


🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Auto Roles

  • Choose one or multiple roles to assign
  • Can be combined with a delay timer (see below)

Common uses:

  • Assign “Member” role automatically
  • Combine with reaction roles for advanced role systems

⏳ Delayed Auto Role Assignment

  • Optional delay (e.g. 5–60 minutes)
  • Helps prevent mass joins by suspicious accounts

🔐 Anti-Raid Ban

  • Automatically bans users whose accounts are too new (e.g. created < 3 days ago)
  • Message: Banned due to raid protection
  • Fully optional and configurable

🔢 Join Counter

  • Posts the updated member count whenever someone joins
  • Appears in the welcome channel or a dedicated stats channel
  • Useful for boosting community engagement

📌 Notes

  • All features can be turned on/off individually
  • Everything is editable in the /setup menu
  • Language support is based on your selected server language
